Delete your Sweet Africa account
Request deletion of your Sweet Africa Global LLC account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your saved addresses
- Your saved payment methods, removed from our payment processor
- Your device registration for notifications
- Your booking history
What we have to keep
Records of completed bookings and payments are retained where tax and accounting law requires it. They are kept only for the legally required period and are not used to contact you.
How long it takes
Requests are actioned within 30 days.
